Q. Why can I only order a 90-day supply at any given time?

For your safety and the safety of others, as well as for legal reasons, we are only able to dispense a three month supply at any given time. As long as you provide us with a valid written prescription from a licensed doctor, we can dispense three months worth of your prescription medication to you.

But what if my doctor writes me a prescription for 9 months? – In this case, we’re able to dispense three months worth of medication at a time and issue refills for up to a year or whenever the prescription runs out, whichever comes first (for example if your doctor wrote you a prescription for nine months, you would receive refills until your prescription runs out.

Q. How often do I need a new prescription?

We’ll be more then happy to continue refilling your prescription for up to a year or whenever your prescription runs out, whichever comes first. After a year from the time your original prescription was written, your prescription will no longer be valid and you will be required to obtain a new prescription from a licensed physician. This is not only to ensure the safety of our patients, but also for legal reasons.
