Q. If I wanted to order by fax, how do I go about doing that?
Although ordering online is the recommended ordering method, since it’s the fastest, many of our customers prefer to fax their prescriptions in, and there’s nothing wrong with that. If you’re in the mood to fax in your order, please use the following method:
- Ask yourself if you are a new or returning customer and then print the appropriate form by clicking on one of the links below. If one of the links below isn’t working properly, visit our Contact us page.
- Continue by filling out the appropriate form, remembering to print clearly.
- Fax your original written prescription to us at 1-866-535-0563 (toll free) along with the completed form.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure your medication is correct and your personal information is right, make sure to fax every page of the completed form to us. Also be sure there isn’t any overlapping or folding of fax sheets. We need to be able to read everything faxed to us; this is for your safety.
But what if I have more prescriptions than will fit onto your order form? – Simply, print off an additional Fax Cover Sheet and include your extra prescriptions on it. If you are adding additional cover sheets, make sure you remember to include your contact and prescription information on each one; this way we can ensure there will be no questions as to who is receiving your drug.
Q. What does it cost for your Australia pharmacy to ship my drugs to me?
Our shipping fees are based on a per package, not per prescription basis at Australian-Meds. All our customers pay is one low shipping fee of $14.95 USD per order, so to save yourself money make sure you order your prescription medications at one time, so they will be packaged together.

Q. How long does it take for my Australian drugs to arrive at my front door?
