There are two ways our customers can check the progress of their new or refill prescription(s):
- Call us toll free at 1-888-635-3816; or
- Contact us online
Keep in mind when ordering new prescriptions, your Australian drugs may take between 21 and 26 days to arrive from the time the order is placed. For those ordering refill prescriptions, your order should arrive at your front door between 14 and 19 days from the time you ordered.
We’re here to serve you better, that’s why we offer ONE low shipping fee of $14.95 USD. We charge per package, not per prescription, so if you order several Australian drugs at the same time, and we can fit them all into one package, they will be shipped together.
PLEASE NOTE: If we are unable to package your grouped orders together, you will be subject to additional shipping charges. Although we make every possible effort to provide you with the best prices possible, at times we are unable to group orders together.
If for some reason there is something wrong with your medication, in regards to our shipping method or any loss or damage to your order, we will accept full responsibility. If we were given an incorrect address or something of that nature, we will not be held responsible.
