For our safety and the safety of our patients, our Australian pharmacies require a valid written prescription from a doctor licensed to practice in the country the patient lives in before we’ll dispense your Australian drug to you.

We also don’t dispense any narcotics or habit forming prescription medications. We only dispense Australian drugs that sustain or improve a patient’s quality of life. Those drugs that require refrigeration are also not sold, for example Insulin. This is to protect patients from drugs that aren’t properly stored, since our pharmacy is unable to guarantee the drug stay at its recommended temperature once it leaves our Australian pharmacy.

For legal reasons, our Australian pharmacy online can only dispense up to a 90-day (three month supply) of medication to our patients who provide us with a valid written prescription. For those patients, whose doctor writes them a prescription for more than a three month supply, we can issue refills until the prescription runs out or for up to a year, which ever comes first. After that time, we require a new written prescription from your doctor.
